STP Images Commercial Photography understands the ultra competitive real estate market in the Houston area. Garnering attention for your listings needs to go beyond a few cell phone photos on the HAR website.

STP Images will come to your listing and will capture stunning High Dynamic Range (HDR) photos of your property both inside and outside. By using HDR technology, it eliminates the need for expensive and cumbersome lighting set-ups and keeps labor costs down by allowing a single photographer to capture everything necessary for each property.

Beyond real estate agents and brokers, many of our clients need architectural photography for web usage – interiors of restaurants, interiors of commercial properties, interiors of retail stores, front elevation photos of properties and other detailed architectural shots.

A standard architectural shoot will include up to eight (8) high resolution HDR images of your property. The photos will include one (1) front elevation photo, one (1) back elevation (only if applicable) with the remaining images dedicated to interior photographs. Larger properties may require more than eight (8) total photographs and add-on selections may be included for an incremental fee.

The photography time, retouching of up to eight (8) HDR photos delivered as high resolution, non-watermarked JPGs (or TIFFS) is $395.00 per property.
