STP Images Photography Studio began its existence as an event photography business and we haven’t forgotten our roots. Even though headshots and business professionals now make up a significant percentage of our annual business, STP Images continues to maintain a focus on its award-winning event photography for corporations, charities and individuals.

Event photography requires a significant amount of skill in order to handle the changing lighting and environments. The experience STP Images has in shooting events guarantees not only properly exposed photos in dimly lit rooms but also beautifully lit photos in the changing light conditions of combination indoor / outdoor events.

When STP Images is retained to cover an event, the client receives, on average, between 35 and 50 unique photos per hour of shooting time (based on type of event and number of event attendees). The photos are a mix of candid shots of guests enjoying themselves and posed group shots of guests. STP Images also posts the photos online on the STP Images website for event guests and the public to access and purchase for personal use.

The rate for event coverage from STP Images starts at $200.00 per hour with a two hour minimum.

The final images are provided as high resolution, print-ready, non-watermarked JPG files once the invoice is paid in full. The images are provided the day following the event when the invoice is paid in full on or before the event date. Final JPG files are available as online download (DropBox) or may be delivered on disc.

Shooting between 40 and 60 events per year, STP Images has significant experience and a lengthy client list as well. Our event clients include Houstonia Magazine, Buzz Magazines, Houston Modern Luxury Magazine, The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Audi North America, The Houston Polo Club, The American Heart Association, The Museum of Health, The Museum of Natural Science, The Houston Zoo and dozens of locally owned businesses.
